Another seasoning I came up with for substituting another one of our seasonings with no salt. Lemon is not normally in Lawry’s, but I love the little kick it gives. If you use or want salt, I would add in about 1/4 – 1/3 cup with this recipe.
Difficulty: Easy
Servings: approx 3/4 cup -- almost fills a 6 oz jar
Ingredients
2 Tbsp pepper
1 Tbsp chicken bouillon powder
2 tsp onion powder
1 Tbsp garlic powder
1 tsp cumin powder
1 tsp dry marjoram leaves
1 Tbsp minced parsley
1 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp curry powder
1 Tbsp chili powder
1 Tbsp lemon peel, dried and powdered
Directions
Combine all ingredients and mix well. You can whir this through a spice grinder to chop up the parsley and marjoram, or not, it’s your call! Store in jar.
