1 lb sausage (hot or mild)
2 cups grated cheese
2 Tbsp of Parmesan cheese
1 can Grands Flaky biscuits #8
Brown sausage, drain, and cool. Add cheese, eggs and Parmesan cheese. Mix well. Separate each biscuit into 3 portions, (like you were going to butter it) and shape into lightly greased muffin tins. Spoon sausage mixture into biscuit cups. Bake at 350 for approximately 8-10 minutes or until golden brown.
