This Rosemary Pizza recipe has been one I’ve been playing around with for quite some time. It’s a mixture of gathering other recipe varieties and making one that suits my taste. I hope you all find it pleasantly enjoyable as I have.
Difficulty: Easy
Servings: Appx. 6
Prep Time: Approximately 10 minutes Cook Time: Approximately 20 minutesIngredients
1 Large Pizza dough (may be store bought or homemade)
1 Cup of shredded Parmesan cheese
1/2 Cup of shredded Mozzarella cheese
1/2 Cup of Pizza sauce (may be store bought or homemade)
1/4 Cup of Corn Meal
1 1/2 Tbsp of Roasted Garlic spread
1 Tbsp of fresh Rosemary (minced)
2 Tbsp of Olive Oil
Directions
Begin preheating your oven to 350 degrees. Then gather all your ingredients, and mince the fresh rosemary and mix the herb into your dough. Proceed with rolling out the pizza dough with the cornmeal until it forms into a large sized pizza and fits just into your large round pizza pan. Drizzle 1 tbsp of olive oil onto your pizza pan. Use a whisking brush to spread and smooth the oil onto your pan. Lay the pizza dough on your pan and drizzle the other tbsp of oil on the dough. Spread the roasted garlic onto your dough, then spread on as much pizza sauce as you’d like (I prefer 1/2 of a cup). Next, sprinkle on 1/2 cup of Parmesan cheese, then 1 cup of Mozzarella, and last of all add the second half of the Parmesan cheese. Bake in the oven for approximately 20 minutes or just until you see the cheese slightly turning a golden color and the bread around the rim is risen and gently toasted.
