Potatoes roasted in the oven with onion soup mix and other spices. This recipe only takes about twenty minutes so it’s perfect for any night of the week. These potatoes go well as a side, but are flavorful enough to stand alone as a appetizer.

3 lbs. red potatoes (approx.) cut into pieces (or you can use white potatoes, and the results are just as yummy!)
3 tbsp. olive oil
salt and pepper to taste
1 tsp crushed rosemary
1 envelope dry onion soup mix
Directions
Preheat oven to 425. Mix all together and place on a baking sheet large enough to spread out into a single layer. Roast for about 20 minutes or until golden brown and tender.
