This is my younger sister’s recipe and it is just great!
Difficulty: Easy
Servings: 12
Prep Time: 20 mintures Cook Time: 40 - 45Ingredients
3 1/2 c. chopped rhubarb
2 c. sugar
1 Tbsp butter
1 c. flour
1 tsp baking powder
2 Tbsp water
3 eggs
Directions
Put rhubarb in a 9×13 pan. Sprinkle 1 cup sugar over rhubarb. Dot with butter.
Mix eggs, the other cup of sugar, water, flour & baking powder together really good, then pour over rhubarb mix.
Bake at 350 for 40-45 mins, or until a knife come out clean.
