I have tried many fruit salads, but this salad retains the pure essence of the fresh fruit and is not overly sweet, but delightfully refreshing.
Difficulty: Easy
Servings: 4-6
Prep Time: 10 minutes Cook Time: noneIngredients
1 can of peach pie filling ( may also use apricot)
3 bananas
1 cup of green or purple seedless grapes
2 kiwi, peeled and sliced into half moons
1 cup of fresh or frozen blueberries
Directions
Pour can of pie filling into a pretty bowl.
Add the rest of the ingredients, gently mixing them in with a spatula.
Refrigerate.
You can use your imagination in adding other fruit ingredients. I have added drained mandarin oranges, drained pineapple, fresh strawberries and even bunny marshmallows at Easter time!
