1 box of rotini pasta, cooked as directed.
1 package of Hidden Valley Ranch buttermilk ranch dressing mix.
1/3 cup red wine vinegar.
1/3 cup balsamic vinegar.
1/3 cup olive oil.
1/2 to 1 cup each of cubed vegetables such as carrots, red bell pepper, cucumber, tomato, celery.
6 dill pickles sliced.
Grated romano cheese to top.
Cook pasta as directed. Rinse to cool. Place in a large container and toss in diced vegetables and sliced pickles. Make dressing by combining the ranch dressing mix, red wine and balsamic vinegars and the olive oil. Stir well to combine. Add dressing and top with shredded romano cheese. Travels and keeps well.
