An attractive pumpkin raisin bar with delicious cream cheese frosting.

Cook Time: 25 - 30 minutesIngredients
Bars:
2 cups all purpose flour
2 cups sugar
2 teaspoons baking powder
1 teaspoon each baking soda, cinnamon, and nutmeg
1/2 teaspoon each salt and cloves
1 cup oil
4 eggs
1 (15 oz) can pumpkin (2 cups)
1/2 cup each chopped nuts and raisins (Sunmaid)
Frosting:
1/3 cup margarine or butter, softened
1 (3 oz) package of cream cheese, softened
2 cups powdered sugar
1 Tablespoon milk
1 teaspoon vanilla
Directions
Bars:
Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees. Grease 15 x 10 x 1 inch jelly roll pan.
Combine all bar ingredients, except nuts and raisins in a large bowl. Beat at low speed until moistened then 2 minutes at medium speed. Stir in nuts and raisins.
Pour into greased pan.
Bake at 350 for 25-30 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool completely.
Frosting:
Combine all frosting ingredients in a small bowl and beat until smooth. Spread over bars and store in refrigerator.
