I got this recipe from my niece. It is a super moist cake.
Difficulty: Easy
Servings: 1 9x13 cake
Prep Time: 10 min Cook Time: as directedIngredients
1 yellow cake mix
1 cup pineapple juice, from drained crushed pineapple
1 can crushed pineapple, drained
1 can mandarin oranges, drained
1 lg box vanilla pudding
1 lg container Cool Whip
Directions
Cake:
Mix cake as directed on box, EXCEPT use 1 cup pineapple juice (and mandarin orange juice if needed) instead of any water that is called for.
Bake cake as directed. Let cool before frosting.
Frosting:
Mix Cool Whip, pudding powder, crushed pineapple and mandarin oranges together. Frost cake.
