This cake is very orangey. So moist. The glaze is not like regular glaze. It soaks into the cake and makes it so moist. Hubby thinks he’d like some chocolate drizzled on his. I like it just the way it is, not overly sweet. I used a tube pan. Next time I will use a bundt. Some of the glaze leaked out.

Ingredients
1 yellow cake mix (can sub white)
1 pkg. vanilla instant pudding
3/4 cup orange juice
1 Tab. orange zest, finely minced
1/2 cup veg. oil
4 eggs
1 tea. orange extract
1 tea. vanilla extract
glaze:
1/3 cup orange juice
2/3 cup sugar
1/4 cup butter
Directions
Preheat oven to 325. Mix all cake ingredients 30 seconds til blended then 2 minutes on medium high. Pour into sprayed bundt or tube cake pan. Bake 50/60 minutes. (Mine was done in 45 minutes.)
A few minutes before cake is done, bring glaze to boil in saucepan. Boil 2 minutes. Pour hot glaze over hot cake. Let cake cool in pan 10 minutes. Remove to serving plate.
