I got this recipe from a co-worker last year. My husband has said that this is a keeper. Next time I make it I am going to add a layer of ranch style beans to see what that would be like.
Difficulty: Easy
Servings: 8-10
Ingredients
10 flour Tortillas, cut into fouths
1 can (red) Enchilada sauce
1 Pkg. Taco seasoning mix
1 onion chopped
2 lbs ground meat
1 can Cream of Mushroom soup
1 can Cream of Chicken soup
1 Pkg Shredded Cheese of choice
1 Can Green Chilies
Directions
Brown meat in skillet with onion. Drain.
Mix sauce, seasoning, soups & chilies together. Simmer for 15 min.
In a 13 X 9 pan, sprayed with Pam.
Layer flour tortillas, meat mixture & cheese. Repeat layers ending with cheese on top.
Bake at 350 for 25 min until cheese melts.
