THANK YOU for this recipe! I LOVE that it’s microwave and took 2 minutes to put together!
I’m making Hello Dollies and didn’t have the sweetened condensed milk, so I whipped some up 🙂 Too easy and WAY cheaper than buying in the store!
And it tastes just like it and all thick, too…a GREAT alternative to the can.

How easy is that?? I will have to try that. I don’t often have call to use sweetened condensed milk so I usually don’t have it when I need it. I will now! Thanks for the recipe!

Thank you for this recipe, I bought some this Christmas because I was making fudge. This will make it much easier.

Is that skim or whole milk you used?

CindyP says:
The nonfat dry milk powder is skim, Lisa. What I’ve read through some other sites, the non-instant milk is whole milk.
HTH?

Thanks. That’s what I was wondering. I actually have both at home right now, which is what I was hoping for.
