One large jar applesauce
One small package Jell-O, flavor of choice
Mix applesauce and Jell-O in bowl. Spread on parchment paper lined tray and place in dehydrator until dehydrated but still pliable.
Can be done in an oven on a parchment paper lined cookie sheet with oven set at lowest temp for 5-6 hours until dehydrated but still pliable.
When done, roll up parchment paper with fruit leather and cut into desired size.
