These are not as sturdy as their flour-ful counterparts, so you may not want to pack them in a child’s lunch or put them in your pocket for later, but the peanut butter taste is so amazing–deep, rich, and very full of flavor.

Servings: 2 dozen, depending on size
Prep Time: 5 minutes Cook Time: 10 minutesIngredients
1 cup peanut butter (I used Walmart brand, and it worked out perfectly)
1 cup sugar (I used 1/2 white 1/2 brown)
1 egg
1 teaspoon baking soda
Directions
Mix it all up, make some dough balls, press them down with a fork, and bake at 350 degrees until they are slightly brown.
