Good to make when having overnight company. Also have taken to a family to have when there is a death. Easy to pop in the oven when expecting a crowd.

6-8 lg. eggs
1 lb. sausage
1 cup shredded Chedder cheese
2 cup milk
3 cup seasoned bread cubes
1/2 teas. salt
1 teas. dry mustard
Directions
Spray a 9×13 inch pan or dish with non-stick spray.
Brown sausage and drain. Beat the eggs. Add salt, dry mustard, milk, cheese, seasoned bread cubes and drained sausage. Pour into prepared pan or dish. Let sit in refrigerator overnight. Bake in 350 deg. oven for 45 min. to 1 hour or until a knife inserted in middle comes out clean.
