1 lb. of breakfast sausage
1 (8oz) block of soften cream cheese
1 (8oz) container of button mushrooms
Fry the breakfast sausage and drain; mix with the soften cream cheese. While the sausage is frying, clean and pop the stems out of the mushroom caps. Save them for another use. Simply fill each cap with a heaping spoonful of cream cheese mixture and bake at 350 for about twenty minutes till bubbly.
