2 Cups of Whole Wheat Flour,
2 teaspoons of Garlic Powder,
2 Cups of White Flour,
1 Cup of Skim Milk Powder,
1/2 Cup of Melted Pork or Beef Drippings (or Lard)
Water as needed for the dough. It should be a stiff dough so don’t add too much.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Mix ingredients together with enough water to make a stiff dough.
Roll out and cut with cookie cutters. For Christmas, it’s fun to use dog bone shapes and Christmas trees and stars.
Bake on cookie sheet until hard. Just depends on your stove.
