Thank you for posting this delectable recipe. I have made this three times now and must tell you it is in my category of THE BEST RECIPE for BEEF TIPS EVER. The flavor is simply out of this world. I have a relative that is unable to manage kitchen duties due to a stroke. I have made up these prepared tips with the gravy in seal a meal bags and popping it in the microwave is a cinch for an easy toppiing for rice or a baked potato. It is a WINNER for sure and I might say I had to use the ginger ale as I did not have 7 up and I was impressed…. YES I WAS. GREAT RECIPE.

We always want to look for a combination of ingredients that is easy and quick to come by without laboring and toiling in the kitchen for hours. With this recipe you will find that the ease of making it and the pleasing you present the first day can so divinely be carried over into the next day left overs…. it will not last long.
