1-1.5 lb pork roast
garlic salt and pepper
coleslaw mix from a bag
favorite bbq sauce
lite ranch dressing
blue cheese crumbles
Put pork roast in slow cooker and sprinkle with garlic salt and pepper. When done, pull apart and put back in crock pot and add homemade bbq sauce or favorite bottled bbq sauce. I start in the morning and by dinner time or football time its done.
Mix coleslaw in a bag with a lite ranch dressing. Add to it blue cheese crumbles and mix in.
Get your slider rolls and add the bbq meat and top with the blue cheese coleslaw.
