1 cup water
1/2 cup margarine (1 stick)
1 cup flour
Mix 2 small pkgs instant sugar free vanilla pudding (can use any flavor)
3 cups milk
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
Put water and margarine in heavy pot and bring to a boil. Quickly stir in flour until it becomes a ball. Remove from heat and add eggs one at a time using mixer to combine thoroughly. Spoon into a greased 9 x 13 pan and bake 400 degrees for 28-30 mins. Cool.
Spoon over cooled crust then top with 8 oz. thawed Cool Whip.
Refrigerate at least 3-4 hrs before serving.
