Another wonderful overnight roll that keeps Christmas morning simple and out of the kitchen (mostly).
Difficulty:
Cook Time: 30 minIngredients
1 loaf of Grandmother Bread dough, cut into 1-2″ pieces
1 package (4 serving size) vanilla pudding mix (NOT instant!)
1/2 cup light brown sugar
2 tsp cinnamon
1 stick melted butter
Directions
Spray a bundt pan with cooking spray.
Combine dry pudding mix with brown sugar and cinnamon. Melt butter. Roll dough pieces in melted butter, then into pudding mixture, and place in pan. Keep piling into pan keeping layers even.
Cover with plastic wrap and place in refrigerator overnight.
Bake at 350 for around 30 minutes. (You may have to cover it with foil so it doesn’t brown too much – and you may want to put foil under the pan in the oven for easy clean up.)
Invert on large serving plate.
If not refrigerating–after assembling, cover with towel and let rise until double in size, then bake.
