A cheese ball with an unexpected twist.
Difficulty: Easy
Servings: several
Ingredients
8 ounces cream cheese, softened
1 stick (1/2 cup) butter, softened
1/4 tsp. vanilla
3/4 cup powdered sugar
1 Tbsp. brown sugar
3/4 cup mini chocolate chips
Directions
Mix cream cheese, butter, vanilla until fluffy (may use a mixer). Add sugars and chocolate chips. Form into ball. Chill for at least 2 hours. Serve with graham cracker sticks.

You did not give some warnings on this which caused me serious problems. You didn’t say that teenagers will eat it so much that you really need a double batch!!! I added some mini-M&Ms along with mini choco chips and ate it smeared on chocolate graham crackers. As Suzanne said, “Crazy Good” is quite accurate! Roasted chopped nuts would be great. Milk Choco chips is ideal to balance it more like cookie dough that we use. Very unique and yummy! Thanks for sharing with us Dede!! I just kept it in the bowl.
