I served this at Christmas several years ago and my family raved about it. So much that now my daughter has taken over making it. It is one dish that is requested at every family gathering.

Prep Time: 15-20 Cook Time: 20-25 minutesIngredients
2 (16-oz) packages fresh or frozen broccoli and cauliflower florets
1 1/2 cups mayo
1 cup (4 oz) shredded Cheddar cheese
1 (3 oz) package shredded Parmesan cheese
4 green onions, chopped
2 tablespoon Dijon mustard
1/4 teaspoon ground red pepper
3 tablespoons Italian-seasoned breadcrumbs
Directions
Arrange florets in a steamer basket over boiling water. Cover and steam 6 to 8 minutes or until crisp-tender. Drain well. Arrange florets in a lightly greased 2 quart baking dish.
Stir together may and next 5 ingredients. Spoon over florets. Sprinkle with bread crumbs.
Bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes or until bread crumbs are golden. Yield: 8 servings.
