1 box Jiffy Cake Mix
1 – 8oz cream cheese
2 cups milk
1 large package of instant vinilla pudding
1 can of pineapple (or fruit pie filling)
1 container cool whip
Bake one Jiffy cake mix (white or yellow) in 9 x 13 pan. Mix 1 – 8 oz. cream cheese with 2 cups milk. Stir in a large package of instant vanilla pudding. Put on top of cake (after it’s cooled).
Top that with 1 can drained pineapple (or fruit pie filling of choice).
Add one container of Cool Whip as the top layer.
Will keep in the refrigerator for up to 3 weeks, but it won’t last that long.
