This is a super easy recipe,very budget wise if you use the legs & thighs.

Prep Time: 15 -30 min Cook Time: 30 minIngredients
1 fryer cut up & salted (skin removed or left on)
or a package of legs & thighs
1 large bag barbecue potato chips
salt
Directions
Salt chicken, crush potato chips
Place chicken pieces in the bag of chips,
Toss gently until well coated. (I once shook the bag too hard & it burst – chip pieces went everywhere)
Place on cookie sheet and bake
At 350 for 30 minutes, turn after 15 min if desired.
