The kind-of good for you asparagus-prosciutto rolls!

Servings: 8 tolls
Prep Time: 10 minutes Cook Time: 20-ishIngredients
Asparagus
Prosciutto
Block parmesean or mozzerella
Cresent rolls (homemade or store-bought)
Olive oil

You can also substitute the prosciutto for turkey bacon or fakin’ bacon and the cheese for whatever you have on hand. Can be made vegan!
Directions
After washing asparagus and slicing the stringy ends off, roll two asparagus stems, 1/2 slice prosciutto, and 1 small slice parmesan or mozzarella in a crescent roll. Bake in 350 degree oven for 20-ish minutes until the rolls are finished. Drizzle with a tiny amount of olive oil, garlic salt, and shredded parmesan cheese. Serve! Enjoy!
PS: I’ve also made them vegan with fakin’ bacon and vegan ricotta. Mmmmm!
