Fall is almost here and that means apples. This is a great bread to have for dessert, your morning coffee or as a snack anytime. Moist and nice apple flavor.

Cook Time: 45-55 minutesIngredients
3 cups all-purpose flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. ground cinnamon
3 eggs (beaten)
3 cups shredded apples
2 cups granulated sugar
2/3 cups canola oil
1 tsp vanilla
Directions
Preheat oven 325 degrees. Grease and flour 2 large loaf pans, set aside. Peel, core and grate apples (4-5, depending on size). Set aside. In medium bowl, combine first 5 ingredients. In large mixing bowl, combine eggs, apples, sugar, oil, and vanilla. Stir in flour mixture just until moistened. Pour into prepared pans. Place in oven. Bake for 45-55 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool in pans on wire racks for 10 minutes. Remove from pans and cool on wire racks. Wrap and store overnight before slicing. Makes 30 servings.
