Angel Food Macaroons

Chewy delicious-ness:) Found this keeper of a recipe in a church cookbook I got at a garage sale.

Difficulty: Easy

Servings: 3 dozen small cookies

Prep Time: 20 minutes   Cook Time: 8-10 minutes  

Ingredients

1 pkg angel food cake mix
1 egg
2 Tbsp butter
1/4 cup water
2 cups coconut

Directions

Mix all ingredients together. Drop by teaspoons on greased cookie sheet. Bake at 350-375 depending on how light/dark you like them. Bake 8-10 min. I like to use a silpat to bake them on.
