Tasty beef sandwich that you can make in the slow cooker. This recipe is from the Rival Crock-Pot Best Loved Slow Cooker recipes pg.19

Prep Time: 10 - 15 minutes Cook Time: 8 - 9 hoursIngredients
1 boneless beef chuck roast (about 3 lbs.)
1/4 cup ketchup
2 Tablespoons brown sugar
2 Tablespoons red win vinegar
1 Tablespoon Dijon mustard
1 tablespoon Worcestershire suace
1 clove garlic, crushed
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon liquid smoke
1/8 teaspoon black pepper
French rolls or sandwich buns, cut in half
I used Suzanne’s crusty French bread recipe to make my rolls.
Directions
Place beef in slow cooker. Combine remaining ingredients, except rolls, and pour over meat. Cover; cook on low for 8 to 9 hours.
Remove beef from slow cooker; shred.
Combine beef with 1 cup sauce from slow cooker. Mix and make your sandwich.
