This is a TNT recipe from a freezer group online and is highly recommended.

Servings: 24
Ingredients
24 English muffins
24 large eggs
24 slices cheese
24 slices Canadian bacon
salt — to taste
pepper — to taste
Directions
Toast English muffins either in toaster or in oven.
Scramble eggs and add salt and pepper to taste.
Spray a muffin top pan thoroughly with PAM.
Fill each hole completely with egg.
Bake at 350 for 10-12 minutes or until cooked.
Allow to cool.
Assemble sandwiches using one egg ‘patty’ per muffin (leave out cheese).
Wrap each sandwich tightly in plastic wrap or aluminum foil.
Place wrapped sandwiches in a larger freezer bag.
Label and freeze.
To Serve:
Thaw overnight in the refrigerator.
Microwave on high for one minute.
Add a slice of cheese.
Microwave on high for 20 seconds.
