This is delicious roasted in the oven or better yet, grilled. I always make the largest roast that I can for leftovers. The pork BBQ is terrific. I have also used pork loin with excellent results.

One loin or shoulder roast
Fresh garlic cloves (3-4) or garlic salt
Dried Sage
Dried Rosemary
Dried Thyme
Fresh Ground Pepper
Flour
Directions
Preheat oven to 450 degrees
Turn oven to 325 degrees cook uncovered for 30 minutes per pound. You can make good gravy with the pork drippings, flour and water. Season to taste.
For BBQ Pork
Let roast cook and separate meat with 2 forks. Combine plain BBQ sauce, honey, soy sauce and Tabasco to taste. Pour over meat and heat over low heat, stirring frequently to prevent sticking. Serve on toasted buns.
