A recipe shared by my niece in Texas. Great served over noodles.

Prep Time: 15 minutes Cook Time: 1-1/2 hoursIngredients
3/4 to 1 cup flour
2 teaspoons pepper
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
3-4 tablespoons paprika
Oil
6 thick-cut boneless pork chops
1 large onion, sliced into 6 slices
1 10 1/2-oz. can beef broth
1 16-oz. carton sour cream
Directions
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
Combine first four ingredients in a plastic bag. Pour a small amount of oil in a skillet and heat. Dredge pork chops in flour mixture; brown in hot oil 5 minutes on each side. Top each chop with onion slice. Remove pork chops and onions to a 9×13 inch baking dish.
Add 2 to 3 Tablespoons of remaining flour mixture to pan drippings and cook for 2 to 3 minutes, stirring to blend well. Add beef broth and stir until smooth and thickened. Stir in sour cream and pour over pork chops.
Bake covered 1 to 1/2 hours until chops are done.
Serve with buttered noodles.
