Easy to change-up ingredients with this pizza.

Prep Time: 1 minutes Cook Time: about 30-40 minutesIngredients
1-2 lb. ground beef
1 can tomato paste
1 3/4 cup water
1 pkg. spaghetti sauce mix
2 cups Mozzarella cheese
Whatever you like on pizza (mushrooms, green peppers, onions, olives, pepperoni)
Crust:
2 eggs
1 cup milk
1 Tablespoon oil
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 cup flour
Directions
Lightly oil sides of 9×12 inch pan.
Cut up mushrooms, green pepper, onions, olives, etc. in bottom of pan. In skillet, brown meat and drain. Add tomato paste, water and spaghetti sauce mix to meat; simmer 10 minutes. Pour over ingredients in 9×12 inch pan. Put cheese on top.
Crust:
Mix eggs, milk, oil, salt and flour; blend until smooth (batter will be thin). Pour evenly over ingredients in pan.
Bake at 400 degrees until golden brown.
Cut in serving pieces and pop over on a plate. The bottom ingredients are now on top.
