Christmas each year has me making these – great for gift plates and the kids love them.

2 pounds white almond bark
1 12 oz pkg semisweet choco chips
1 square unsweetened chocolate
1 12 oz jar dry roasted peanuts (or 2 🙂
Directions
Melt bark over low heat, double boiler. Add chocolate and melt. Stir in peanuts (I usually double this). Drop by teaspoon on wax paper. Freeze well.
