1 (1 pound) block of Velveeta cheese
1 (1 pound) breakfast sausage (your choice of how spicy)
2 cans Rotel tomatoes (I use one can original and one mild)
Cut Velveeta cheese in to small cubes; add to crock-pot. Drain 1 can of the Rotel tomatoes and add both cans to crock-pot.
Cook breakfast sausage, drain fat and add to crock-pot.
Once cheese is melted, turn crock-pot on low and serve with corn chips.
