A guilt-free way to eat your veggies!

Servings: approx 3 cups
Ingredients
2 cups (16 oz) 1% cottage cheese
3 Tbsp fat-free milk
3/4 cup fat-free mayo
1 Tbsp dried minced onion
1 Tbsp dried parsley flakes
1 tsp dill weed
1 tsp seasoned salt
1/4 tsp garlic powder
Directions
In a blender, blend cottage cheese and milk. Stir in remaining ingredients. Chill overnight. Serve with raw veggies.
