This is a great dip that a coworker brought in. I have made it several times & it is always a big hit wherever I take it. Don’t use regular mayonnaise. It won’t taste right.
Difficulty: Easy
Servings: 2 quarts of dip.
Ingredients
2 cans Whole Corn (drained)
1 lg can Chopped Green Chilies
3 bunches Green Onions (chopped)
10 Fresh Jalapenos (chopped)
2 cups Miracle Whip
2 cups Sour Crème
2 lbs Shredded Cheddar or Cheddar/Monterey Jack blend
Directions
Chop onions & peppers and stir all other ingredients together in a large bowl. Let set overnight or at least 3 hrs for best taste.
