double-thick bread slices
butter or olive oil
garlic powder or garlic salt
herbs (optional)
shredded cheese (optional)
Directions
Butter both sides of double-thick sliced bread. You can also add garlic, garlic salt, herbs, and even shredded cheese. Grill a few minutes per side. (Or put the loaf back together and save it in the freezer to grill later.) If it’s not grilling season, you can use the broiler or even pan-fry.
