In my opinion, this is a much improved recipe over the traditional sweet potatoes with marshmallows on top. The pecans add just the right touch!

2 eggs
Topping:
1 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup flour
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/3 cup butter
1 cup chopped pecans
Directions
Peel, cut up and boil several sweet potatoes until tender (enough to make 4 1/2 cups when mashed). When tender, mash up with a potato masher and add the following: 1/2 c melted butter, milk, sugar, vanilla and eggs. Mix together and place in greased 9×13 pan.
In seperate bowl, mix together brown sugar and flour. Cut in 1/3 c butter. Stir in pecans. Sprinkle over sweet potatoes.
Bake 25 minutes at 350.
