I have about 2 cups of sea berries. I was thinking about making jelly which I will just use pomona but I was wondering if anyone has a good jam recipe. They are such a neat fruit I would really like to leave them intact.

I’ve never heard of sea berries! What are they? What kind of berries do they resemble?

Sea berries are from the buckthorn tree. They look like tiny kumquats and taste very sour. I am using them today just not sure how!

Have you seen Sheryl-Runningtrails’ post on chichiquelites and ground cherries? Might you be able to use them in the ways she uses those?
