I made this to bring to work to share with my co-workers. It was easy to put together, and even easier to eat! The rhubarb sauce that appears on the bottom was delicious and tangy. Definitely serve with whipped topping of some sort.
I made it the night before to bring the next day, and it travelled excellently.
Great as it, but for special occasions I might use a scratch cake instead of mix, and flip it out of the dish onto a platter to serve “upside down” so the sauce is on top. Less fighting over the sauce that is left in the dish 😉
