A real easy cup of cocoa, instead of the packet stuff. This recipe was adapted from an old hot cocoa recipe from my Grammy’s 1950’s Betty Crocker cookbook.

Servings: one
Prep Time: 1 min. or less Cook Time: 2 min.Ingredients
2 heaping teaspoons sugar
1 heaping teaspoons baking cocoa
2 teaspoons hot water
milk to fill cup
Directions
Mix sugar and cocoa in a microwave-safe mug. Stir in hot water till mixed. Fill cup with milk and stir. Heat two minutes in microwave. Stir. Pop in a marshmallows if you want!

Update…You can use just a regular silverware teaspoon to measure this recipe with. No need to be too specific.
