This recipe came from my pastors wife. We had them over for Thanksgiving years ago and they brought this amazing dish. She had intended to make the original Jiffy corn casserole but when she went to put in the sour cream, she found she had accidentally purchased ranch dip. With no time to run to the store, she dumped it in and it came out FANTASTIC. My husband requests it every week.

1 (8 ounce) box Jiffy cornbread mix
1 (15 ounce) can whole kernel corn, drained
1 (15 ounce) can creamed corn
1 cup ranch dip
1/2 cup melted butter
Directions
Mix together all ingredients and pour into a greased 8x8in pan. Bake 55-60 minutes at 350 degrees.
