This is our family’s go-to recipe for pumpkin bread. It never fails.

Ingredients
2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. cloves
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. nutmeg
2 c. sugar
3/4 c. butter
1 (1 lb). can pumpkin puree
2 eggs
Directions
Sift all dry ingredients together. Cream butter and sugar and add the eggs. Add the pumpkin. Add the dry ingredients. Bake in two large loaf pans for 1 hour and 15 min. at 325F.
