1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
2 1/4 teaspoons ground nutmeg
2 teaspoons baking soda
1 1/2 teaspoons salt

Grease two 8×8 square pans.
Combine sugar, pumpkin puree, vegetable oil, water, and eggs and beat until smooth. Add flour, cinnamon, nutmeg, baking soda, and salt. Stir bag of semi-sweet chocolate chips into the batter. Then, pour the batter into the two greased pans.
