You can easily halve this recipe or triple it. It goes very well with ham or pork.

Ingredients
2 (20 oz.) cans pineapple chunks
1 cup white sugar
2 cups grated cheddar cheese
6 Tbsp. Flour
6 – 8 Tbsp. butter, melted
2 cups buttery crackers, crushed (Ritz or Townhouse)
Directions
Drain pineapple RESERVING 6 Tbsp. pineapple juice.
In mixing bowl, combine flour and sugar. Add reserved juice; mix well. Mix will be very thick like paste.
Add cheese and pineapple to paste, stir to coat everything well.
Pour into greased 9 X 13 dish.
Combine melted butter and cracker crumbs. Sprinkle evenly over pineapple mix.
Bake at 350 for 25 to 30 minutes.
