Delicious peppers and cheese, you can’t miss with this yummy treat. This is a very easy, hot appetizer to serve for a party or just make for a family snack. You could put this together ahead of time and refrigerate until ready to pop in the oven.

3 small cans El Paso chopped green chili peppers
10 ounce package shredded cheddar cheese
2 eggs
3 Tbsp. milk
Directions
Spread green chili peppers evenly in an 8 X 8, square, glass baking dish. Sprinkle cheese over peppers. Mix eggs and milk together and pour over peppers and cheese. Bake in 350 degree oven until set (about 15 minutes). Cut into squares and serve on crackers or flat tortilla chips. Garnish as desired with cilantro leaf or seasoning mixture like Mrs. Dash (choose your flavor).
