This yummy cobbler is also good with pears, apples, or berries. This is my mom’s recipe.

Servings: at least 8
Cook Time: 35 minutesIngredients
3/4 cup sugar
3/4 cup flour
3/4 cup milk
3 cups peaches (mix 1/2 cup sugar in peaches)
1 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
6 tablespoons butter
Directions
Melt the butter in 9×13 pan. Mix other ingredients in bowl. Pour batter in buttered pan and top with peaches. Do not stir.
Bake at 350 degrees until brown – about 35 minutes.

Just in case anyone’s curious…..it was delicious although flat as a pancake due to the baking powder omission on my part. No complaints in the house though….they ate it all!
