This was made from (8) left over tamales and approximately one cup of roasted chicken and ground beef. I just layered it all together and baked. It’s wonderful.

pork tamales (8)
ground beef approx 1 1/2 cups
chicken, approx. 1 cup
corn tortillas
Mexican-style cheese, approx. 2 cups
chili gravy (recipe on this site)
Directions
Ladle chili gravy on bottom of baking dish. Place layer of pork tamales,,add more chili gravy, sprinkle with cheese, add layer of leftover chicken meat, chili gravy and more cheese, add layer or leftover cooked ground beef, more gravy and more cheese. Final 3 layers are leftover corn tortillas placed to cover all of the top, more chili gravy and then the rest of the cheese. Bake at 350 until the cheese topping starts to bubble and brown. Serve with Mexican-style rice and black beans.
