This is a great pie in the summer if you want pie but you don’t want to turn on the oven and make the house all hot!

Ingredients
1 can sweetened condensed milk
1 c whipping cream
6 tbsp freshly squeezed lemon juice
1 can pie cherries, packed in water (not cherry pie filling!)
1/4 c chopped nuts
graham cracker crust
Directions
Drain pie cherries, rinse and pat dry. Pour sweetened condensed milk and whipping cream into a bowl, and stir just to mix (don’t beat!). Stir in the lemon juice. Add nuts and cherries and pour into graham cracker crust. Refrigerate 6 hours.
